Cut Sheets

Important 

  • Please check out the new fill in forms for our cut sheets. Available thru the drop-down menu.

  • We will make attempts to call you as soon as your meat is available for pick up. We appreciate prompt pick-up as our freezer storage space is limited. If your order is left in our freezer beyond 5 days after receiving your first pick up call, you will be charged a $10 daily fee.

  • We offer kill and chill for our customers. $15/day

  • If a cut sheet is not received within 5 days of animal drop-off, a standard cut will be done.

  • Anything left unmarked will become ground.

  • Any meat left after 30 days becomes property of HWY MP

  • Beef is dry-aged fourteen days. Requests for Prolonged Aging is available for $10/day.
